About Shipping 

A word about shipping: I generally ship within 3-5 business days or sooner, however, there are times when I do not have the item in stock (due to the fact that I do have a brick and mortar retail establishment and an online store inventory counts can be off) and have to order it, therefore shipping can take approx 5-15 business days. This usually applies to large items such as the Xyron Wishblade. However, during the holiday season and sales/coupon codes shipping will generally be 5-15 business days   If you need your item quickly please contact me prior to purchase and I will give you an estimate on shipping days. thepixiecottage@aol.com 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING :  I can use flat rate envelopes and boxes, however this option was being used inappropriately for items that would not fit in the boxes, so please contact me if you think you qualify for this option, I will refund any overcharge on shipping that is greater than $1.00.  Shipping charges do show up BEFORE you pay, so please go through the checkout process to get your shipping costs.  There is no other way I can display shipping charges anywhere but in the cart, because shipping is determined by the weight of your purchase and your location so to try and make a general "schedule of charges" is not possible.

A word about returns: 

I do accept returns for items that are damaged in transit, while I recommend insurance it is not required. I will reimburse you  or offer a replacement.  If you are returning an item or cancelling a transaction for any other reason, such as buyers remorse, I will offer you a merchandise credit, AND charge a restocking fee of 10 percent, and you will have to pay for all shipping charges.
