A word about shipping: I generally ship within 3-5 business days or sooner, there are times when I do not have the item in stock and have to order it, therefore shipping can take approx 2-3 weeks. This usually applies to large items such as the Xyron Wishblade. However, during the holiday season it would be best to email me first if you are cutting it close, as stock moves much more quickly.   If you need your item quickly please contact me prior to purchase and I will give you an estimate on shipping days. casdanben@aol.com 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING :  I can use flat rate envelopes and boxes, however this option was being used inappropriately for items that would not fit in the boxes, so please contact me if you think you qualify for this option, I will refund any overcharge on shipping that is greater than $1.00.  Shipping charges do show up BEFORE you pay, so please go through the checkout process to get your shipping costs.  There is no other way I can display it, because shipping is determined bythe weight of your purchase.

A word about returns:  I do accept returns for items that are damaged in transit, while I recommend insurance it is not required. I will reimburse you  or offer a replacement.  If you are returning an item or cancelling a transaction for any other reason, such as buyers remorse, I will offer you a merchandise credit, AND charge a restocking fee of 10 percent, and you will have to pay for all shipping charges.
