The Smooch Illuminate Top Coat is both transparent and pearlized so you can add the Smooch shimmer to anything! Same great nail polish style bottle with foam tip applicator, but has a pink handle so you can easily identify it from your other Smooch bottles. Use over stamped images or journaling, or you can layer on top of other Smooch colors once dry to really make them pop! Perfect for use on paper, vellum, fabric, wood, clay, and so much more.
